Hamutenya Katembo raises alarm over rise in illegal taxis.
The NPPTA says illegal taxis are growing across Namibia as economic pressures and permit delays continue affecting the transport sector. Authorities and transport operators are now working to improve commuter safety and expand access to legal taxi services nationwide.
