Fuel supply concerns spark panic buying despite no shortage

Panic buying and long queues were reported across Namibia as fuel price hikes took effect, despite the government saying there is no shortage. Fuel transporter Sallie Saban says some service stations withheld stock to benefit from higher prices, worsening the situation.
