The Erongo Regional Council launched its ambitious 2025–2030 strategic plan, backed by a development budget of N$487.7 million.
Targets include raising household water access from 62% to 91%, improving sanitation connectivity from 54% to 72%, and delivering low-cost housing. To brief us on what this means for residents, we’re joined by Sam Mupenzeni Ntelamo, chief regional officer of the Erongo Regional Council.
