Sesfontein has spoken and by a clear margin. The United Democratic Front (UDF)’s Bernadus //Hoëb has been elected as the new constituency councillor, securing 1,368 votes in the 17 June 2025 by-election. This win not only maintains the UDF’s stronghold in the area but also comes at a crucial time, with less than six months to go until the next local authority elections.
