Allowance for marginalised students delayed

The plight of marginalised students is once again in the spotlight, with reports of no monthly allowances being paid.
Last year, similar reports indicated that many were struggling to afford food, necessities, and access to classes, with some turning to part-time jobs, loans, and selling family livestock to make ends meet.
The bursary scheme now falls under the Office of the Vice President, yet San and marginalised peoples activist Tangeni Nghimufevali told Desert FM that similar problems persist.
