Aina Kauluma unpacks the Knowledge Dissemination Program targeting unemployed young women
June 20, 2025
We were joined by Aina Kauluma, a Renewable Energy and Hydrogen Analyst, to discuss a bold new initiative that aims to place young women at the forefront of Namibia’s green energy revolution.
The Daures Green Hydrogen Village, in partnership with the A2D Facility, Mondjila Project Advisory, and others, has launched a Knowledge Dissemination Program targeting unemployed young women passionate about sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, and green hydrogen technologies.
With a strong focus on empowering women to lead in community farming and clean energy solutions, this program represents a critical step towards an inclusive and sustainable future. Aina will help us unpack the progress being made, the opportunities on offer, and the role green hydrogen could play in Namibia’s energy transition.
