POLITICAL scientist Rui Tyitende has described the recently launched Swapo party manifesto as an empty and ChatGPT manifesto which failed to address socio economic
Swapo said it has budgeted N$85 billion over the next five years if voted into power again.
IPC on the other hand has promised N$5 billion to modernise schools.
It also wants 100% school connectivity and electrification.
IPC wants to use blockchain technology to manage public procurement and limit the work of people in the process.
Are these ambitions realistic?
