Spotlight has been turned  on the need for clear boundaries in leadership roles within government amidst growing concern over governance failures at state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and municipalities. This comes days after ministers were criticised for involving themselves at the technical level as well as the arrest of eight individuals in what is shaping up to be one of Namibia’s largest corporate corruption scandals, allegedly involving nearly N$480 million.
